Senior Strategic Counsel
C-level, strategic advisement across financial communications, corporate communications, brand publicity and corporate culture. This service is excellent for small-cap and mid-cap companies that are missing the strategic advice and guidance of a dedicated C-level comms exec, but don’t want to add to headcount. These clients usually have a CMO overseeing the communications team or, in a nonprofit, it is the Executive Director. Joanna helps these clients reimagine their internal and external comms, review their operations and procedures, and/or reorganizing the department.
Media training includes group instruction in the morning, after which, the executives receive one-to-one coaching during mock media interviews.
Joanna and her team of partners work in concert with your company’s IR firm to communicate the investor thesis to the financial media, pitch press, prep executives, staff interviews and manage the stories.
Joanna and her crisis communications partners provide C-suite advisement, strategic planning, crisis messaging, media management, employee communications and 24/7/365 support during the crisis.
Unconscious Bias Training
The training begins with an education session and then moves into facilitated breakout groups using a fictitious scenario before returning to the larger group setting for report backs.
Neuroscience Management Training
The training consists of an initial education session plus three months of facilitated discussions (10 small groups meet twice a month for three months, which is a total of 60 group facilitations).
Conference Panels & Keynotes
Joanna and her team develop a conference strategy for the client, secure keynote speeches and panel appearances for the appropriate members of the leadership team and conduct executive prep.
Joanna has written earnings scripts for public company CEOs, keynotes for company chairmen appearing at global conferences, and advertising presentations that garner over half-a-billion dollars in sales. The speech writing process includes multiple meetings with the executive and writing numerous drafts of the speech, plus coordinating with the marketing team on developing support materials.
Thought Leadership Writing + Publishing
Thought leadership can be established through multiple avenues, including blog posts, white papers, and even executive books, all of which are managed by JDMA Publishing. Copy writing and editing, ghost writing, as well as book publishing services are available.
